We stand behind our products. If, for any reason you or the gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your ordered product, please let us know within 30 days of the shipment date.
We will gladly exchange it for you. In addressing some guarantee issues Kymberlee Design may issue gift certificates or refunds rather than exchanges.
If we shipped you the wrong product, Kymberlee Design will provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label.
