RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange your product, replace it with another selection of equal value, or issue a gift certificate according to our guarantee. Please follow these simple steps: 1. Obtain a Gift Return Number (GRN) by calling Customer Service 937.707.9528 Mon-Sat:9-7pm EST or by email 2. Fill-out the Return and Exchange form and attach a copy of the packing slip (if possible) 3. Repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) 4. Ship to: Kymberlee Design PO Box 525 Clifton, CO 81502 For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
